|Recommended: YesVibrant, diverse, child-friendly apartment — Located close to the East Las Vegas library, it is in an economically depressed neighborhood, with all the rampant cigarette smoking common to this city. Some of it leaks through the walls or ceiling from neighboring apartments, and smokers sit on the stairs regularly. Sadly, these circumstances lead to widespread littering by fellow tenants. However, the hard-working staff go above and beyond the call of duty to keep the premises clean.
Sadly we are unable to change the neighborhood we here at Encantada will always do our best to maintain a clean property for our residents. Thank you for noticing the hard work of our staff .

|Recommended: YesNice apartments, staff on point — We moved in August 2019 - my husband had toured but I had only seen photos and video. Interior of the apartment has some nice upgrades granite counters in kitchen and bathrooms, master bath is tiled and painted a nice light, neutral color - better than the cold, bland white most apartments have. Maintenance and landscape staff are always around and our one small maintenance issue was handled quickly and professionally. The office staff is always friendly and helpful We haven't been in the pool, but it doesn't seem to get much use except by kids after school. Gym room is a nice plus though some equipment is a bit outdated, but it's the right price Free for residents. The laundry room leaves something to be desired narrow room, old machines . Neighbor noise can be an issue if you have any that get rowdy, but overall the complex is usually pretty quiet. Stairwell cleanliness and overfilled dumpsters are sometimes a problem, but overall we enjoy this community

|Recommended: YesNot bad for the price — This apartment complex is very nice for the price. The office staff is not always the friendliest and sometimes they make up rules. I had someone watching my kids this summer at the apartment and the kids were not able to utilize the pool unless I was there because the person watching them was not on the lease....crazy As parents we can not always be around in the times our kids would like to use the pool so as long as they are being supervised by a responsible person I don't understand what the problem was but, it is what it is.
